Shipping + Returns
The Life Bazaar will happily accept unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise in sale-able condition with original tags attached for store credit. You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to postmark your items for return. If your order arrives to you damaged (sorry!) we will quickly exchange it for a new one.

How to Process a Return?
Please email us at email@example.com with your Order Number, Item to Return, and Reason for Return. Once we receive the return, your credit will be processed or your exchange will be sent out.
Please keep your tracking number so you can track your package once it leaves your hands. We cannot guarantee a lost return that has been sent without tracking.

Most of our orders are shipped within 1-4 business days from the heart of Austin, pending availability and credit verification. Some pieces are printed to order and require an extra day or two! Please send us an email if you need it rushed and we will do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible!
Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-8 business days of its ship date if you are located within the continental U.S., or 2-4 weeks if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska. Shipping times may vary, but we do take rush orders into consideration if we are notified on time.
Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays and orders placed on Fridays after 2pm may not be shipped until the following Monday morning.

Sorry, we can’t ship to P.O. boxes yet. If you entered a P.O. box as your delivery address we will reach out to get an alternative address which may delay your delivery.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when you order. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur a $10 shipping charge if they are returned to us and need to be reshipped. After an order has been shipped to the address given to us, we CANNOT be held responsible for lost or stolen packages! Though we are always willing and able to help, it is up to you to resolve lost or stolen package disputes using the tracking number we provide.
